Holiday Childcare Rates:
(Thanksgiving Day, December 24th, December 25th, December 31st, January 1st)

+auto 20% gratuity


An additional flat $70 will be added for the following holidays:

President's Day

* All Babysitters are fully employed by Park City Sitters LLC. Hourly rate includes caregiver wages, payroll processing and taxes, worker’s compensation, and insurance. 

Policies & Procedures:
  • 4 hr min for each job booked.  You will be billed for at least 4 hours.
  • You will be charged for the number of hours you originally booked over the 4 hr minimum.  If you return early, you will be billed in full for the number of hours reserved for the sitter to work.  EX: if you booked 8a-4p, you will be charged for the entire 8 hours, even if you come home after 6 hours.
  • Automatic 20% gratuity added for jobs that are 7+ hrs or 5 or more children (4 hr min). 
  • Automatic 20% gratuity added for the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
  • 48 hr cancellation period if you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hrs notice you will be charged the 4 hr min.  This applies for each day and each scheduled sitter.  72 hr cancellation notice required for the dates December 19th - January 8th and February 19th-27th (President's week)
  • Once you cancel your reservation you may not "change your mind" without penalty.  If you cancel within the cancellation window, you will be charged.  If you call back 2 hours later and changed your mind, you will be charged for the cancellation in addition to the new sitter booked for the same date and time.
  • All cancellations and changes must be made through Park City Sitters and not your individual sitter.  Cancellation charges will apply if you cancel last minute through your sitter.
  • Last minute (day of)  reservations are final, once the sitter is booked you will be charged the 4 hr minimum if you change your mind, even 1 hour after you have made the reservation.  Day of reservations are subject to a last minute fee.
  • The rate for multiple sitters will not be the standard rate divided in half.  Instead, the number of children will be divided and each sitter will charge for their half of the children. i.e 6 children with two sitters, each sitter will charge for 3 children.
  • It is our priority to book a consistent sitter for multiple day or evening jobs but not a guarantee.  Please book in advance to better accommodate these request
  • If a sitter travels outside of the Park City area (ex: Sundance Resort, Hideout, Tuhaye), a $60 transportation fee is added to the bill for each job booked.
  • $40 transportation fee added for Victory Ranch, The Lodge at Blue Sky, Black Rock Ridge
  • If you would like to change your start time to earlier than originally scheduled we will do our best to accommodate the time change unless the sitter is unavailable then the original start time will remain.  If you would like to push your time to later and the request is made under 48 hr notice, the sitter will arrive at later time, but you will be billed for original start time.
  • If your child is sick we reserve the right to remove our sitter, and we will not replace the sitter.  You will be charged the 4 hr minimum if we remove the sitter.  
  • You will be charged for any child left with a sitter that is under the age of 18 years old. The sitter will be responsible for any child left in their care in the event of an emergency.
  • You will be charged for your sitter's parking fees and extracurricular activities, if applicable.
  • Payment in full is required at the end of your sitting service.  We accept all major credit cards or Venmo.  
  • All declined payments for any reason are subject to an additional inconvenience fee.
  • Our sitters are not permitted to drive a car, ski or swim with children they are responsible for due to our liability insurance.
  • Park City Sitters LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured company.
  • All sitters are vetted with a face to face interview, multiple references checked, and background check passed.  They are also CPR certified.
