Will altitude affect my child?
Possibly. Park City has an elevation of 7,000 ft. The air is also very dry here so remember to get your child to drink a lot of water while visiting. It will significantly help with the possible side affects (gas, stomach ache, not sleeping well) of altitude.
Can my sitter take the kids out to do something fun?
Yes! Although the sitter can not drive the children, transportation can be arranged or they can go on an adventure and ride the free, easy to use city bus. There are several fun things in to town for the kids to enjoy.
Do you have a certified night nurse on staff?
Yes, we have professionally trained childcare specialists/night nurses who will come assist with your newborn while you get some rest overnight.
My child is too sick for ski school, can you send me a sitter?
Sadly, the same rules apply. Our policy is that we do not provide sitting services for sick children. Please refer to the policies and procedures section of our site.

I have a 14 year old who does not need "babysitting" but will be present when the sitter is here. Will I have to pay for my 14 yr old?
Yes, unless the child is over 18 yrs of age, the sitter will be held responsible for making sure everyone is safe in the event that there is an emergency. You will be charged for any minor that is present while the sitter is there.
If I use a sitter for two hours one day and two hours the next day can I add them together for the 4 hr min?
Unfortunately not. You will be charged the 4 hr min each time a sitter comes to watch your children.
Are your sitters properly vetted?
With the nature of our business we take very seriously who we choose to work for the PC Sitters team. Each sitter must be 18 years or older, currently CPR certified, passed an annual criminal background check, and had childcare specific references checked after our in person interview. Most of our sitters work with children as their careers. We have several school teachers, a pediatric ICU nurse, a child psychologist, and even a few mothers with several years experience from newborns to teenagers.
